Authentic organic saffron and saffron product producer grown in central Provence using age-old natural and eco-friendly farming methods.
Safranière de Provence grows organic and authentic saffron in keeping with 3000 year old methods that take care of the land and environment. The saffron-producing Crocus Sativus flower grows in autumn in rich sun-drenched clay-limestone soil in Saint-Cannat in the agricultural region of Coteaux de Provence.

The saffron is hand-picked, one flower at a time, cut back, dried then sold in stigmata to provide buyers with a premium product bursting with aroma, flavour and colour.
The team lovingly and carefully grows this ancient Mediterranean spice to bring you the ultimate ingredient.
It's a great excuse to try expertly made and lovingly prepared saffron-based biscuits, salt, jam and olive oil that are worth their weight in (red) gold.
