Push open the door of this renowned artisanal establishment and immerse yourself in the exquisite world of Philippe Segond, the only Meilleur Ouvrier de France pastry chef and confectioner in the Pays d'Aix region, a master chocolatier and calissonnier from father to son.
In the cosy atmosphere of their tearoom, you can enjoy exceptional pastries, macaroons, chocolates and other artisan biscuits accompanied by incredibly creamy homemade chocolates, Damman Frères tea, café du monde and artisan fruit juices.

It's also impossible not to fall for their ancestral recipe for calisson d'Aix, a lightly sweetened, highly aromatic sweet made by hand in their workshop in Le Tholonet near Aix-en-Provence, and available in fruity Provencal flavours in summer or coated in chocolate in winter.
