Weibel pastry

Maison Weibel is the story of know-how transmitted from generation to generation since 1954.
In the tea room or for your events, taste their pastries and calissons, but also their artisanal ice creams and chocolates.
After learning his trade as a chef with Frantz Riederer, Georges Weibel opened his first cake shop in 1954.
Thanks to his recipes and high-quality products, he enjoyed great success in the town for many years. His son, Nicolas, took over from him in 1988 after being promoted to master chocolate-maker, ice-cream maker, cake-maker and sweet-maker. He gave a new dimension to the company, developing a range of fine, original cakes, a variety of traditional ice-creams and a very welcoming tea room.

The key to his success was also the original Aix-en-Provence calisson, which he has continued to perfect in his workshops. Five years ago Paul, Georges' grandson, joined the company. Ever attentive to detail and to the quality of their products, Weibel today offers one of the town's best calissons.

From 01/01 to 31/12, daily between 7.30 am and 7 pm.
