Olivier Astor, passionate about wine and its secrets, certified in Provence wines, offers wine-related activities (initiation, themed evenings, wine tourism, team building).
He offers wine days at the estates, organizes themed evenings for individuals and companies, introductory wine-tasting workshops and group sales of wines and spirits direct from the estates. You can also find him as a sales consultant at the Cave du Cours on Cours Mirabeau, in the heart of Aix-en-Provence.Let yourself be tempted by a visit to an estate, where a day could look like :
- A talk on Provence wines with refreshments in the gardens of “Chez Thomé”, Le Tholonet
- A stroll through the vineyards and a visit to the winery
- Gourmet buffet and tasting of domaine wines at lunchtime
- Visit to Cezanne's mill
