Musée Suffren et du Vieux Saint-Cannat

The Museum of Suffren and Old Saint-Cannat, originally established in the Bailli du Suffren's birth place is now housed in the Espace Suffren, in Saint-Cannat
The museum is made up of two main collections. The first is on Pierre-André de Suffren, known as the 'Bailli de Suffren', a French mariner with multiple titles (vice admiral, bailiff and commander of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem) renowned across France and overseas.

The second collection focuses on the history, heritage and popular arts and traditions of the town of Saint-Cannat, as well as Provençal costumes and clothes, with a gallery of paintings and religious objects and tools.

The museum organises guided tours of the exhibition areas, as well as a varied cultural programme (exhibitions, contests, etc.).
