On the front of the house on the south side, large enclosed courtyard allowing parking for two cars, with garden furniture and Chilean relaxation chairs to make the most of the freshness provided by the two century-old mulberry trees. North side, small terrace with table for two overlooking another quiet street. On one level, the cottage has a beautiful living room with relaxation area and flat screen television, dining area facing the open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small appliances). The two bedrooms, one of which opens onto a second terrace, each have a double bed (140x190). Completely renovated bathroom, with large shower and washing machine. Separate WC. Electric barbecue. The cottage is air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning - actual consumption > 8 kWh/day). Rental of sheets and towels. Departure cleaning on request (40€).
