This family-run saffron farm, covering just a few hundred square meters at the foot of the Sainte Victoire, was born of years of travel and gastronomic encounters.
Son but est de participer à la réintroduction du safran en Provence sans intrant(s), avec un désherbage à la main, nous laissons faire la Nature. Vente directe de pistils entiers aux particuliers et aux professionnels, en France et à l'étranger.
