Reliable value. Le Pain Quotidien, opened in 1999, is Aix's version of a concept found in major cities around the world: bread and infinite possibilities. On the plate, the result is simple, convivial and varied cuisine, with a strong emphasis on organic ingredients and local producers. Christophe Quignard and Nicolas Ivacheff, along with their team, provide professional, relaxed service around the large communal table.
