In the kitchen, Nicolas Bottero combines seasons, colours and the moment to bring out the best in products from Provence and beyond.
The on-site gourmet shop features products selected by the chef, as well as home-cooked jars and local produce.
In front of the terrace, the verdant garden is home to the chef's aromatic garden, the chicken coop and a children's play area.

Opening times and Prices
Opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm and between 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm.
On Sunday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm.
Annual closure from 23 December to 7 January. Resumption on 8 January for dinner.

Adult menu: from 50 €
Child menu: from 35 €.
Sustainable tourism
La totalité des déchets végétaux sont valorisés pour nourrir les poules et pour le compost qui enrichi le jardin du restaurant.
100m² de panneaux solaires ont été installés afin de produire environ 30% de leur consommation d'Energie. Le bâtiment est isolé pour permettre une baisse significative de la consommation globale. Par ailleurs, ils autoproduisent la totalité des herbes et fleurs aromatiques utilisées en cuisine.
