This restaurant with a regal atmosphere and refined decor is housed in an annexe of the Château de Châteauneuf-le-Rouge, ten minutes from Aix-en-Provence. Co-managed by the creator of the Kulte brand and the former chef at Tomé, a well-known restaurant in Aix, the Château has quickly become one of the favourite spots for locals for a Sunday outing. Here you can enjoy a menu with a Provençal touch (pieds paquets - sheep's feet - and alouettes sans tête - a beef dish) in a great setting, with Montagne Sainte-Victoire close by.
