Hike and Fly is a mountain sports activity, mixing both hiking and paragliding. L'esprit du vol-randonnée est de limiter au maximum l'usage de véhicules ou de remontées mécaniques. Cette activité limite l'utilisation d'un véhicule au seul usage du déplacement sur site depuis chez soi. Une fois sur place, la force musculaire est la seule énergie nécessaire pour monter jusqu'au décollage de parapente, et le vol en parapente se fait sans moteur, en planant.
