Éléa - Greek delicatessen

Greek delicatessen, wine cellar, olive oil cellar and intimate tasting room, Éléa (Ελαία = Olive) offers a short-circuit selection of more than 800 exceptional products from small Greek producers and artisans.
Theodosia and Nektarios, two Greek epicureans who have lived in Aix-en-Provence since 2017, decided in 2021 to create an authentic Greek grocery store to offer the French public high-quality products from their native country. They select artisanal products, all representative of the different terroirs of their country. Raw products, with no preservatives, colorants or added flavors.
They work with over 80 hand-picked, direct producers, with the aim of promoting Greek gastronomic heritage in France. They are also very demanding when it comes to the relationship that producers develop with nature and individuals. Their quality objective is based on the origin of the products, which faithfully reflects the specific regional characteristics of Greece.
In the grocery store, you'll find many exclusive fresh and dry products. You'll find products that are not sold through wholesalers or central purchasing agencies.
They also promote the Cretan diet, rich in vitamins C and E, low in animal fats, and enhanced by herbal condiments with antioxidant and anti-triglyceride properties.
They offer recipes based on a balanced, healthy diet, particularly rich in fresh vegetables and cereals.
Eléa's mission is to turn shopping from a chore into a pleasure, and to be a place for experiences and conviviality based on the values of “slow food”: taking your time as you would in Greece to enjoy good, clean and fair produce!
