Like a beacon in the Aix region, the Sainte-Victoire mountain stands majestically and minerally. On the south side, at the foot of the limestone scree and cliffs, there are red soils, where dinosaur eggs are sometimes found, which welcome the vines of the Côtes de Provence and, for some years now, the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire.
A terroir denomination that consecrates red and rosé wines produced according to very strict specifications. Then there is Palette, one of the oldest, but also one of the smallest appellations in France with four estates.
